Canon C5185i Printer Drivers

Canon Printer Drivers (Newest)

Canon recommends the UFR driver over PCL. The 5185i also supports postscript.

Windows 2000, XP, Vista 32 Bit PCL Media:C5185i-setup.zip

Windows 2000, XP, Vista 32 Bit URF Media:UFRII_v2.50_Setupx32.zip

(64bit and other printer description files are available on the Canon download site.)

  1. Connect to Office Wired Network (100BaseT)
  2. Run setup.exe application
  3. Choose Search for Network Printers to install
  4. Choose PCL6 printer driver (UFR install will default to UFR)
  5. Choose Add Printer (and update existing drivers if updating)
  6. Add device C5185i
  7. IP address is 155.100.160.145
  8. Restart

Once you install or update the print driver you can print from the wired network or from the uuhsc wireless network.
